A group video profile package is designed

to showcase your team's professional identity

or to archive your shared story.

Before the shoot,

we take the time to discuss the impression you wish to convey as a professional team or the exact narrative you want to preserve,

collaboratively establishing the creative direction.

Based on this dialogue,

we carefully consider your professional traits, its intended use,

and the group's story you wish to preserve,

capturing a refined, trustworthy image or a timeless record that is impactful yet natural.

01. Interview Video Shoot

For your interview video profile, you can select one of two concepts based on your purpose.

Professional Interview :

A concept designed to capture your team's career and expertise with refined credibility.

The final video serves as an excellent asset for team branding

across various business platforms and promotional portfolios.

Documentary Archive :

A concept dedicated to genuinely archiving your group's story and unique shared narrative.

By capturing your group's most authentic dynamic and voice,

we preserve a timeless record your group can look back on for a lifetime.

If you select the [Group 08] On-Site Interview Shoot option,

you can further maximize your professional impact

by capturing your natural presence in your actual workspace or on location.

*As pricing may vary depending on the location and scale of the shoot,

this option is available upon inquiry and prior consultation.

02. Group Profile Photo Shoot

Following the video shoot, we proceed with a profile photo session tailored to your chosen concept.

Guidelines & Policies

*Backdrop Options

All sessions are conducted with a white backdrop by default. If you are preparing for an intense, weighty character or wish to create a charismatic image with deep contrast, a black backdrop is available as an add-on option.

*Full-Body Shots Not Available

Due to spatial limitations within the studio, we do not offer full-body (full-shot) photography. We kindly ask for your understanding.

*JPG File Delivery

Unedited JPG files are provided exclusively for photos, completely free of charge. Please note that raw video footage cannot be provided.

Original RAW image files are available as an add-on option. These files, captured on the Sony A1M2, are delivered in either uncompressed or high-quality compressed formats.

*Additional Selection & Retouching

Additional photo selections and basic retouching for the Actor Profile Photo can be requested by selecting the relevant add-on option.

*Download Period & Data Retention

To offer our packages at reasonable rates, we strictly minimize our studio's data retention period.

Accordingly, all original data and download links will be permanently deleted 2 weeks (14 days) from the delivery date of the final retouched files. Please ensure you download and safely back up your files within this timeframe.

*Session Flow & Delivery Timeline

On the day of your shoot, we will conduct a brief consultation to define the creative direction before proceeding.

In line with our studio's aesthetic, we strictly avoid excessive retouching, and therefore, requests for additional edits cannot be accommodated. All final deliverables will be provided and uploaded within 4 weeks of the session date.

Hair & Makeup Guidelines

Hair and makeup services are not included in the standard package fee and are available as a separate add-on option. Whether to proceed with this service will be determined through a pre-shoot consultation.

Although it is not factored into the standard session duration, professional hair and makeup play a vital role in elevating the overall quality of the final result.

Working closely with our professional Hair & Makeup Director, we carefully tailor the styling direction to perfectly align with the creative intent and highlight your unique personality.

*Mixing backdrop colors within the standard 1-hour package is not permitted.

Example) Shooting video in black and photos in white is not possible

-Clean Version Video Edits (No Logo) Added

Provides 4 additional clean version videos in both landscape and portrait formats.

[Group 05]

-Add 1 Profile Photo Concept

Adds 30 minutes of shooting time for 1 additional profile photo concept and includes 6 additional basic retouched photos.

-On-Site Interview Shoot

This is the base rate for our bespoke on-site shooting service, where we visit your actual business location.

To ensure the highest quality video, additional travel and production planning fees may apply depending on the location and the scale of the project.

After thoroughly discussing your desired direction during a pre-shoot consultation,

we will provide a final quote and proceed with the main shoot.

Your booking is finalized once payment is confirmed, and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the booking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

*Please carefully select your date and time prior to booking*

To ensure smooth operations and prevent scheduling conflicts with other clients, please select your date and time carefully before completing your booking.

*Bookings are confirmed upon full prepayment via Naver Smart Store.

*One date and time reschedule is permitted after booking confirmation.

If you contact us up to 7 days prior to your session date, you may reschedule your appointment once to an available date without any cancellation fee.

The rescheduled date cannot be changed again. Furthermore, cancellations made after rescheduling are strictly non-refundable regardless of the remaining time, so please choose with care.

Starting 6 days prior to the session date, rescheduling is not permitted to ensure smooth studio operations, and cancellation penalties will apply according to the policy below.

80% refund

(20% cancellation penalty deducted)

*3 ~ 1 day prior to session date :

*Important Notes

Cancellation and refund requests are officially recognized based on the timestamp when the message is received via the Karv Studio KakaoTalk Channel.

In the event of an unexcused no-show or late arrival of 15 minutes or more resulting in an inability to shoot or a shortened session, refunds and session extensions are not available.

In the event of legally recognized force majeure (such as natural disasters), rescheduling or refunds may be coordinated through consultation with the studio upon verification of supporting documents, with final decisions governed by studio policy.

For all cancellations due to personal circumstances other than force majeure (change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, skin conditions, health issues, etc.), the above refund policy applies strictly without exception.
